Kasugai Garden in the heart of Kelowna, British Columbia’s downtown, is a gem. It is a quiet oasis, beautiful spring through fall. I am sure it is beautiful in winter too, but the doors shut before winter descends. I often wonder about the turtles, the koi, the beautiful plants. What is it like for them in winter? Do they miss those of us who slip into this quiet space at every opportunity?
